Yes. Every service we provide is offered at no cost to clients. There are no fees and no conditions attached.
What if I already took a home pregnancy test?
Home tests are not always reliable. Testing too early, using an expired test, or misreading the result can all produce inaccurate information.
Coming in for a test at our center gives you a result you can trust, reviewed with you by a staff member.
Do you offer ultrasounds?
We do not perform ultrasounds in-house, but we refer clients to trusted local providers where no-cost ultrasounds are available.
If your pregnancy test at our center is positive, our staff will help connect you with that appointment.
What community resources can you connect me with?
Our staff can refer clients to local organizations for prenatal care, food assistance, housing support, financial assistance, and more.
If we cannot meet a need directly, we will help you find someone who can.
What if I'm not sure what I need?
That is completely fine. Many people who reach out to us are still figuring out where to start.
Schedule an appointment, come in, and our staff will help from there.
Do you offer abortions?
No. Birthright of San Lorenzo does not perform or refer for abortions.
We do provide factual, no-cost information on all pregnancy options, including abortion procedures, risks, and side effects, so you can make a fully informed decision.
